GroupCamp has launched its Partner Program designed to help integration and internet companies increase their service revenues by providing implementation and support services on top of GroupCamp’s online solutions such as GroupCamp Project (/online-project-management-software) a web-based project management software for small and medium companies.
The details of the partner program include access to an online resource center (http://partner.groupcamp.com) with the necessary sales and product information required to sell web-based collaboration software. Authorized GroupCamp partners also benefit from dedicated online applications to manage clients to whom they provide Customer support.
In its first version, this program includes two initial partnership categories: the first one allows partners to generate setup or implementation revenues by helping customers to create their online workspace. The second category allows partners to provide customer support to managed clients by attaching client accounts to theirs.
GroupCamp customers can choose to receive support by an authorised GroupCamp partner. They only need to link their Account to that of an authorised partner. An agreement needs to be negotiated between the client and the Partner before client and partner accounts are linked. All emails sent from the client account will then be sent directly to the partner’s mailbox. Partners are also empowered with client management applications which are necessary for account management. With this model, the partner can fully manage their relationship with end-users.
According to Dickel SOORIAH, co-founder of GroupCamp, « our offerings are designed to be easy to use by non-expert business users. Many customers still need to be accompanied on the most efficient way of implementing online software within their companies based on very specific requirements and use cases. Our objective is to provide to our partners all the tools they need to provide the right level of consulting and integration expertise to customers. »
